Hi, I’m Alessandra Maria Elenis!
Growing up between New York City and the beaches of the Jersey Shore, I grew my passion for health and wellness.
My journey began with movement and mindfulness, starting yoga at just three years old in "Mommy and Me" classes with my mom. I also loved working out with my dad in our gym, which gave me a strong foundation in fitness and further fueled my desire to stay active. These early experiences planted the seeds for my love of movement, teaching me the importance of mind-body connection and setting the foundation for what would become a lifelong pursuit.
At five years old, I joined the USAG Junior Olympic Gymnastics Team. Training six days a week, often for six hours a day, even adding private lessons to further push my limits. My commitment was unwavering, and yoga became an integral part of my gymnastics training, conditioning my body for strength, flexibility, and balance. Before competitions, meditation allowed me to calm my mind and enter a state of focus, and I even took the initiative to guide my teammates through breathing exercises to help us relax and concentrate. These moments of leadership and self-discipline solidified my desire to share the benefits of yoga with others.
My passion for yoga grew to the point where I wanted to share it with others. So, I approached my parents about pursuing a teaching path, and they fully supported my aspirations. I had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain for yoga. Then at age 11, I became certified in Aerial Yoga giving me the title of the Youngest Certified Recognized Yoga Teacher. By age 12, I had completed my RYT-200 hour certification, and today, I hold the prestigious title of E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. I've had the privilege of studying abroad in Spain several times, each experience adding depth to my knowledge and practice. Over the years, I’ve earned more than ten certifications in diverse aspects of yoga and fitness, including aerial yoga, adolescent fitness, yoga pilates wheel, yoga gymnastic rings, ab sliders, yoga cork blocks, yoga inversion trainer, yin yang vinyasa, cardio conditioning, pranayama breathing, meditation, and SUP yoga/fitness. My practice is rooted in the Primary, Intermediate, and Advanced Ashtanga Yoga Series, and I'm also Red Cross CPR certified.
In 2024, at the age of 16, I founded AME FITNESS, a milestone that made me the Youngest Fitness Facility Owner In The Nation. Located on Long Beach Island, NJ—home to some of the state’s most stunning and pristine beaches—AME FITNESS is a 3,000-square-foot facility dedicated to fostering health and wellness. The studio offers various options to support individuals in achieving their fitness goals, whether through our yoga classes, fully equipped gym, or juice bar. Our teacher training programs are designed not only to certify others but to empower them to create their own unique training programs, with certifications recognized by the Yoga Alliance.
Graduating early has always been a goal of mine, driven by a desire to maximize my educational and career opportunities. With fewer than 3% of students graduating high school early, I see this achievement as a significant advantage that will positively impact my future. By completing my studies ahead of the average students, I can pursue my dreams without the constraint of an additional year in high school, which I feel would hold me back. The primary reason I want to graduate early is to begin pursuing my dreams immediately and accomplish more since I have already met the high school requirements. This early start will allow me to find success sooner than most, giving me a head start on my future goals. Graduating early will significantly enhance my career by allowing me to focus on my entrepreneurial and professional aspirations.
Alongside my entrepreneurial pursuits, I’ve balanced a rigorous academic schedule, consistently earning high As in honors classes. I am active in student government, which has helped me develop leadership skills that I apply both in my business and beyond. My experience as a varsity athlete on the cheer, lacrosse, and track teams has further strengthened my dedication and resilience. Additionally, I am an AKC Junior Handler for my Blue Harlequin Great Dane, Carrera, with whom I participate in AKC shows as her handler.
As an influencer, content creator, and fitness model, I find joy in sharing my journey, inspiring others, and using my platform to promote health and wellness.
I am also currently writing my own book, which I hope will motivate others to embark on their own fitness and wellness journeys. Every step I take is with the goal of inspiring others to realize their full potential, find their unique path, and live life with purpose. I strive to empower younger generations to pursue their passions.
To young entrepreneurs, my advice is to stay true to what you love, be persistent, and embrace challenges—they often bring valuable lessons and growth. Surround yourself with people who inspire and support you, and don’t let fear or the opinions of others stand in your way. I live by “live every day with intention” because you only live once.
